Kia ora,

Whether this is your first or twenty-first time considering a therapy journey, thanks for considering me as a guide. I've worked as a counsellor and then Clinical Psychologist in South and Central Auckland since 2017, and in various other 'human service' type roles since 2010. I've walked alongside children, adolescents, men, women, families and groups. I've also spent my own fair share of time in the 'client' seat. I've seen and personally experienced that therapy can be a a great way to get 'unstuck', re-find strength, and move forward towards a version of life that's more fulfilling. I'm trained in a range of therapies (which you'll see in the list below); and if we work together we'll figure out which would be the best fit for you and what you're trying to achieve.

Currently I'm transitioning back to work from maternity leave and have very limited availability: Monday evenings only, via telehealth, for adults seeking ACC sensitive claims therapy. From March 2025 I will be offering sessions throughout the day on a Monday, in person (location tbc - likely South or Central Auckland), for adults seeking ACC sensitive claims therapy.
