Noelle (she/her pronouns) offers a warm, supportive space to help you explore experiences, uncover unhelpful patterns, and move past feelings of stuckness. Noelle will work alongside you to deepen your understanding of yourself and develop a clear path forward to create meaningful and lasting change.Noelle’s therapy style is compassionate and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to your needs and goals.Noelle is skilled in supporting parent-child relationships and working across the lifespan, from infants to adults. Her eight years of experience in healthcare and social services in New Zealand and internationally brings a unique perspective to her growing clinical psychology skillset. Passionate about trauma-informed care, Noelle is also interning at Turning Tides Charitable Trust, an organisation that delivers intensive trauma treatment programmes for adults.
