Hugo is a Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years of experience across multiple mental health settings with clients experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, stress and depression. Hugo’s passion lies in helping his clients to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

His professional journey has been shaped by a deep belief in the transformative power of understanding and compassion. He is dedicated to creating a therapeutic space that is both empathetic, non-judgmental and collaborative. Hugo draws on multiple evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Schema Therapy to tailor treatment plans to suit the unique needs of each individual and empower his clients to navigate life's challenges with resilience and self-awareness.
