Wendy Faust

In my 15 years as a Clinical Psychologist I have worked in both public and private settings, providing essential mental health support to individuals. Whether through therapy sessions, coaching, supervision, or facilitating workshops, my goal has always been to empower individuals to achieve meaningful and sustainable change in their lives.

I am trained in several effective therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Through these modalities I have gained extensive experience working with adults and young people struggling with anxiety, trauma, loss and grief, stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, life transitions (e.g. menopause), and unhelpful behaviours. I have worked with the corporate sector supporting professionals to successfully navigate today’s rapidly changing and demanding environment.

Before retraining as a Clinical Psychologist I held positions as a team leader and manager in two university departments in Australia. This organisational experience ensures that I take a practical approach to wellbeing at work. I am particularly passionate about cultivating strong connections and relationships with my clients so they feel heard, validated and encouraged to explore and overcome their difficulties.
