Rachel Massey

Rachel is a registered psychologist with over 15 years’ experience, specialising in working with adolescents, adults and couples. Drawing from a range of evidence-based treatment strategies, she tailors therapy to fit the individual. Her approach combines professionalism, honesty, warmth and humour, without judgement.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Rachel has also travelled extensively living and working in a number of countries over the years. She likes to take a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, exploring lifestyle and health, as well as emotional factors. She works collaboratively with clients to develop the skills to make positive changes, to tackle their issues through self discovery and reflection, and to support them feel more empowered. She strives to help people discover or reconnect with their passions and to live life to the fullest, whilst being able to make room and cope with unpleasant emotions when they arise.
